Intealth Social Media Engagement Guidelines

Intealth and its divisions, ECFMG® and FAIMER®, provide a number of social media pages to foster community and engagement among our stakeholders. At this time, Intealth and its divisions share content on the following social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Vimeo. Intealth has established these Guidelines to encourage visitors to these social media platforms to contribute to and engage in thoughtful, appropriate dialogue about the topics posted.

Relevant and Respectful Engagement

Intealth encourages respectful, constructive dialogue and engagement that is relevant to the purpose of Intealth and/or to the content posted. All statements and ideas posted by contributors other than Intealth reflect the views of those contributors and do not necessarily reflect the views of Intealth. Content regarding and links to third-party services, whether posted by Intealth or by other contributors, are not endorsements of such services by Intealth.

License to Visitor Content

Intealth may use content posted to Intealth social media accounts to enhance and/or promote our programs and services, and to develop new programs and services. All statements and ideas posted will be deemed to include a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license to use your content or reproduce your content without compensation.

Intealth Engagement and Removal of Posts and Users

Although we understand that social media are available 24/7, our moderation capabilities are not. We strive to post responsive content based on topical discussions and engagement with our followers. However, Intealth will not be able to respond directly to each individual comment or question posted publicly or sent through private or direct messages to Intealth social media accounts. Intealth reserves the right to remove, block, report, or otherwise not allow any content it deems offensive; disruptive; threatening; abusive; harassing; embarrassing; solicitous; libelous; racially or ethnically hateful; or otherwise objectionable as solely determined in Intealth’s discretion or content that appears to constitute Irregular Behavior, as defined by Intealth and/or the United States Medical Licensing Examination® (USMLE®) program, including but not limited to posting of examination content. Intealth also reserves the right to monitor, prohibit, restrict, block, suspend, terminate, delete, or discontinue your access to Intealth social media, at any time, without notice and for any reason and in our sole discretion.
